Product Warranty
According to the Warranty Law of machinery product of the republic of china ,we offer 12 months product warranty from the date after machine’s commission and client test all machines
If machine has trouble during the warranty period (not cause by human being ) , we will offer free service ,such as instruct how to solve trouble by telephone or send engineer to the site free of charge if problem can not solve through telephone
easy to break parts doesn’t belong to our warranty scope ,such as triangle belt , brake rubber , rubber pipes
without cleint’s request , we will instruct how to install machine by telephone ,such as industrial washing machine .tumble dryer . but for washer extractor , flat work ironer ,we will send engineer to the site to help client to install and test the machinery
We will be responsible for entire life of machines working life ,if you need to repair the machines when product warranty is invalid ,we will charge reasonable price according to our engineer’s travel and accommodation cost ,and cost of spare parts
If client over sea also want our service , we can also manage to send our engineer aboard ,just we need to charge engineer’s air ticket and accommodation in your country
