Barrier Washing Extractor machines are widely used in laundry shops, hospitals and pharmaceutical factories.This machine has Two way opening, separate opening for dirty and clean side of washing machine ,The dirty clothes will be put into the washer extractor at one side of the barrier washer extractor and the washed and disinfectant clothes will be unloaded from the clean room to avoid cross infection.
1.1 Service
1.1  The installation must be supervised by the supplier with the following steps:

• • Transport of equipment to the site
  • Equipment handling during receipt and installation
  • Un-packing
  • Positioning

1.2  Connections to different building service systems
Before commencement of installation the supplier must punctually inform himself, using the supplied documents and through site visits, regarding the installation and location situation.
Work for the laying of pipework etc. is to be punctually coordinated in detail with API.
Before delivery, the supplier has to provide instructions on how to transport, install and store the equipment.
1.2 Humanized design
The components as well as sensors, controllers, actuators, etc. are to be permanently labelled, in English, in suitable approved form.
The used identification must comply with those used in the P&ID schematics(or available drawing) and all documents, such as parts lists, circuit diagrams, etc.
On distribution headers and similar components, the connected lines must also be individually labelled indicating their destination (connected equipment / designation)-if applicable.
Pipelines are to be labelled to identify the content / media and direction of flow.
Labels are to be fitted on the utility and media transfer points, with the full wording of the corresponding abbreviation as well as the physical parameters.
The supplier must select and deliver suitably approved material (includes insulation / cladding, professional sealing of wall penetrations) necessary to connect the machine to the interface points.
The equipment must be constructed in such a way as to guarantee easy accessibility for maintenance work and calibration of measuring points wherever required and applicable.
Measuring points have to be installed in such a way as to enable local calibration (access, cable length, etc.).
Surface not having direct contact cloth /material contact must fulfil the standards according to GMP.
Sharp edges are to be avoided and burrs are to be removed.
The equipment construction must avoid / minimized dead legs, cavities and is to be fully drained and vented.
The hygienic design must be in accordance with the cleaning requirements.
All internal and external surfaces of the equipment shall be adequately cleaned to remove any deposits or dirt before FAT and delivery.

• All metallic non cloth contact surfaces should be constructed of stainless steel AISI 304 / 1.4301 or higher quality with external surface finish < 1.2 µm Ra, matt finish
